Profile Data (BasicData)
Username, email address, password, first name, last name, phone number.
Reason
Basic profile data is the identification data necessary to create an account or login to an existing account in the application. Without the email address and password, the user cannot create a profile in the application. This data makes it possible to authenticate the user in the system and login into the account he has created. Combined with the first and last name, these constitute the user’s basic profile data.
Transaction information
Purchase date, business name where the purchase happened and total amount.
Reason
The purchase date refer to the minimum information needed for the collection of reward points under the user profile.
For which purposes we process data
Personal data is processed strictly in accordance with legal requirements. Special attention is paid to the processing of personal data, so that it is carried out only if it is legal and reasonably expected by the users. The purpose of data collecting and processing is the correct execution of the application’s basic functions, using the minimum possible amount of personal data.
User rights
Right to access
The user has the right to be informed about the data stored about his account and how it is processed.
Right to rectification
The user has the right to request correction of the stored data in case they notice it is incorrect.
Right to erasure
The user has the right to request deletion of their stored data.
Account creation
Create an account through the app
When creating an account the application asks for the user’s basic data. This process is necessary to create a user profile and verify their identity via email address. In addition, it is requested to choose a password which should be carefully set by the user, so that it is not common to many websites.
Create an account through Facebook, as a third-party provider
The user has the option to create an account in the application through Facebook, provided they have a Facebook profile. In the registration process there is the “Facebook” login option which can be recognized by the distinctive Facebook logo. Using this registration option and with the user’s consent, the application can access the user’s basic profile information, such as email address, first and last name.
Create an account through Google, as a third-party provider
The user has the option to create an account in the application through Google, provided they have a Google profile. In the registration process there is the “Google” login option which can be recognized by the distinctive Google logo. Using this registration option and with the user’s consent, the application can access the user’s basic profile information, such as email address, first and last name.
Create an account through Apple, as a third-party provider
The user has the option to create an account in the application through Apple, provided they have an Apple profile. In the registration process there is the “Apple” login option which can be recognized by the distinctive Apple logo. Using this registration option and with the user’s consent, the application can access the user’s basic profile information, such as email address, first and last name.

Steps to delete personal data
- Mobile applications select menu button
- Select Profile(Προφίλ) option
- In the Profile Screen select Delete Account Button (Διαγραφή Λογαριασμού)
